Jim and Linda France came to Oasis as a retired couple who have been successful in their careers, but have never had much success in network marketing. By gifting Oasis products to people they know and care about and introducing them to the team of Oasis associates, they achieved the Diamond level in one year.

One of their main reasons for coming out of retirement includes a daughter and son-in-law who, along with three wonderful grandchildren, have a Christian ministry in the Eastern European countries and live in the Czech Republic.

They also enjoy working with their son who is an important part of their business.
